कस्नीर में झडप 1 छात्र की मौत

श्रीनगर :  कश्मीर के शोपियां जिले में घेराबंदी और तलाशी अभियान के दौरान पथराव कर रही भीड़ और सुरक्षा बलों के बीच झड़प में मंगलवार को एक छात्र की मौत हो गयी, जबकि 10 अन्य नागरिक घायल हो गये.  एक पुलिस अधिकारी ने बताया कि सुरक्षा बलों ने मंगलवार शाम शोपियां के गनोवपुरा में घेराबंदी और तलाश अभियान शुरू किया था. उन्हें वहां आतंकवादियों की मौजूदगी की सूचना मिली थी. अधिकारी ने बताया कि हालांकि, स्थानीय बाशिंदों ने सुरक्षा बलों पर पथराव किया, जिन्होंने उन्हें खदेड़ने के लिए आंसू गैस के गोले छोड़े. उन्होंने बताया कि कुछ देर बाद पथराव तेज हो गया और सुरक्षा बलों को उन्हें तितर-बितर करने के लिए गोली चलानी पड़ी. उन्होंने बताया कि झड़प में आदिल फारुक नाम के एक छात्र की मौत हो गयी और 10 अन्य नागरिक घायल हो गये.
